The Tallebudgera Vet clinic has been established in Trees Road, Tallebudgera, since 2004.
Our goal is to provide professional yet compassionate care to pets of our clients. The clinic is well equipped with the necessary equipment to undertake a high standard of veterinary treatment, and our staff strive to give each inpatient a pleasant experience when hospitalized. Caring and qualified nurses, excellent grooming personnel, and veterinarians who care for their patients make the experience at our clinic as good as can be for you and your pets. Our staff all have too many animals and fully appreciate the client-pet bond and its ever increasing importance in the modern world. We like to think that we give the care to your pets that we would want for our pets when they are under treatment.
Our hours are indicated on the home page. We prefer clients to phone for appointments as we are often very busy and don't want clients waiting for long periods, however emergencies are always taken on an arrival basis.
The most important disease entitiy that concerns us each year is the Tick Paralysis condition. we strive to continually pre-warn clients about the tick season, so that they may be prepared. Nationally the mortality rate from the tick paralysis cases that are hospitalized is 5-7% (1 in 20!). Thats a huge mortality in our eyes. So early August till late December is tick season and we encourage you to be prepared. Visit the clinic early August each year and get prepared with products.
